Denca’s ‘liquid blending expertise’ secures major contract with Rockline Industries

RocklineRockline Industries, the global leaders in wet-wipe products, have appointed Denca to complete a significant installation project at their Redditch UK plant.

Having previously been involved in the successful installation of a sophisticated batch-blending system at the Redditch operation, Denca were chosen by Rockline Industries for the mechanical re-assembly, re-configuration and installation of a liquid blending plant from Rockline’s wet-wipe production facility in Zalbommel, The Netherlands.

Split over three phases, to minimize any impact on production, Denca’s scope of works involved the reconfiguration of all plant mechanicals to the ‘Redditch specification’, re-design of the control system, as well as software generation to meet current process requirements and legacy equipment.

“Having worked previously with Rockline Industries,” comments Denca Joint Managing Director, John Talbot, “it was rewarding to be recognised for our high levels of expertise in batch control systems, as has been demonstrated across numerous industrial sectors both at home and overseas.”
