Installation

You can count on Denca to deliver every aspect of the installation of new systems. Our skilled in-house installation team will build your system on site to the highest of standards and with the minimum possible impact to the continuing operation of your business. Where appropriate, we involve your own staff in the system build to help them develop a full understanding of the layout and design.

Commissioning

Following installation, Denca project engineers can carry out all necessary safety checks, commissioning and fine tuning activities or support your staff to do this. We can also provide familiarisation and training to your team.

Denca can also produce appropriate supporting documentation for the project. Our compex-trained technicians carry out inspections and prepare a full documentation set for hand over on completion of our works.

Support

Although design of control systems and software is at the technical heart of our business, these developments are meaningless to you unless they are kept operational and delivering real benefit to your business. Our comprehensive service offering includes complete, wraparound support covering system checks, commissioning, continual support and planned maintenance:

Our involvment can adapt to suit your needs; ranging from supplying assistance to the engineering staff of customers, to taking full responsibility for the upkeep of the systems on our clients’ sites. With an experienced team skilled in a variety of process applications, our engineers support customers at end user sites throughout the world.

Once your new system is up and running, Denca remains in close contact to assist, advise and if required take care of scheduled maintenance, calibration and repairs.

Denca regularly provides customer maintenance support for both electrical and process control solutions. This activity includes:

  • emergency breakdown response
  • safeguarding maintenance
  • periodic tests or calibrations
  • periodic inspections
  • shutdown planning

These services can be available on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basis for crucial client applications. We also supply accompanying trained personnel to support short term peaks in maintenance activity.

We work with our customers to escalate production to its fullest and reduce whole life plant costs.
